Kim
Patient Care Coordinator
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Kim has been in the dental field for a little over four years. She truly enjoys helping patients navigate the often-confusing world of dental insurance and making sure they understand their benefits, treatment options, and financial responsibilities.
Kim loves being the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors. Creating a welcoming and comfortable experience is something she takes pride in, and she wants every patient to feel heard, informed, and cared for.
Her passion for dentistry was inspired by her father, who struggled to understand the importance of dental care and how his insurance could help. His experience inspired her to make sure no patient ever feels confused or alone when it comes to understanding their dental care and insurance.
Outside of the office, Kim loves spending time with her fiancé, trying new restaurants, discovering outdoor activities, and spending time with her baby niece.
Natalie
Dental Hygienist
Natalie graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene from New York University College of Dentistry in 2019. Her passion for dentistry began in childhood after years of orthodontic treatment, during which the dental team made a lasting and positive impact on her. She was also inspired by her close relationship with her late grandfather, who was a general dentist. These experiences sparked her interest in the dental profession and confirmed her passion for working in a clinical environment.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Natalie was thrilled to put down roots in Austin in 2021 and feels incredibly fortunate to now call the city home.
Natalie is grateful for the unique privilege of connecting with patients and building meaningful relationships throughout the years. She is passionate about her profession and committed to providing high-quality patient care with meticulous attention to detail. She also prioritizes continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being outdoors, and exploring new restaurants around Austin.
Diana
Dental Hygienist
Diana was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She graduated from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in 2024 with her degree in Dental Hygiene and soon after moved to Austin for a fresh start.
Her favorite part of being a hygienist is caring for her patients and getting to know them on a personal level. Outside of the office, Diana enjoys spending time with her fur baby, crocheting, and making memories with her friends and family.
Adriene
Dental Assistant
Adriene has been a Registered Dental Assistant for more than thirty years. Her long-time dental career began in the military (US Army) back in 1986. She was born and raised in Miami, FL, but moved to Austin, TX in 2011 after residing in Atlanta, GA for more than fifteen years.
She strives to educate patients by applying her dental knowledge and experience gained over the years. Her favorite part of each workday is the established mutual bonds and friendships with her patients created over the past ten years working at this same dental practice.
She is a big football fanatic and a diehard KC Chiefs fan. In addition to her love of watching football, she had the opportunity to play semi-pro women's full-contact tackle football for ten years. When she's not assisting with dentistry, she also enjoys traveling anywhere that has a beach—as long as it doesn't interfere with football!
Alyssa
Dental Assistant
Born and raised right here in Austin, Texas, Alyssa is a Registered Dental Assistant with over 7 years of hands-on experience in both clinical care and the front office. For her, dentistry is all about making people smile, literally! She loves educating patients, putting them at ease, and turning every visit into a great experience.
When she’s not in the office, you'll usually find her soaking up quality time with family, planning her next vacation getaway, or exploring the outdoors!
