Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Full mouth rehabilitation is a comprehensive approach to restoring an entire set of teeth that have been significantly worn, damaged, or compromised over time. By using a combination of crowns, bridges, and, when appropriate, implants, we’re able to rebuild the bite, restore proper function, and dramatically improve the appearance of the smile. Each case is carefully planned and completed in phases to ensure comfort, precision, and long-term stability. Our focus is not just on improving individual teeth, but on creating a balanced, natural-looking result that supports your oral health for years to come.

What to Expect During Treatment
Full mouth rehabilitation is completed in phases. The process begins with a detailed evaluation, including imaging and assessment of existing teeth.
Digital impressions are sent the the lab and materials are prepared. During the prep appointment, Dr. Gregory reshapes the teeth to prepare them for the restorations. Digital impressions are taken of these preps and sent to the lab to begin the process of fabricating the final restorations. Highly esthetic temporary restorations are made and cemented to the prepared teeth. Patients are able to give Dr. Gregory feedback about the appearance of the temporary teeth, and this information is factored in to how the final restorations are designed.
Throughout the process, care is taken to ensure comfort, function, and long-term stability.
Recovery and Healing
Recovery is typically rapid, with over-the-counter medications being recommended for mild soreness and sensitivity.
Following the prep appointment:
- Soft foods are typically recommended at first
- Minor adjustments to temporary crowns may be made at a follow up visit
After the seating of the final restorations, patients are able to function normally.
