I cannot recommend Dr. Gregory highly enough. I live in the Austin area, but for about a year and a half I made the six-hour drive to Lubbock because I trusted him with my family's dental care. When I learned he had moved to Austin and purchased a practice here, I couldn't have been happier.
My family has trusted Dr. Gregory for many years. When my granddaughter was around four years old, she needed extensive dental work. Dr. Gregory was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind, making what could have been a frightening experience a positive one. He took the time to earn her trust, and the care he provided made a lasting difference. Today, she has a beautiful, healthy smile, and we were recently told she likely won't even need braces.
I also brought my mother to Dr. Gregory after she had a terrible experience with dental implants done elsewhere. The implants had been done so poorly that she struggled to eat and even lost weight because she couldn't chew comfortably. Dr. Gregory went above and beyond to coordinate with her oral surgeon, correct the problems, and make sure everything was done right. He never rushed her, always took the time to answer every question, and treated her with genuine compassion. Seeing my mom regain her smile and enjoy eating again meant more to me than I can express.
If you're looking for a dentist who is exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gregory. Austin is fortunate to have him, and I have no doubt he will become just as appreciated and valued here as he was in Lubbock.

Dr. Tanner Gregory is the best dentist I have ever been to BY FAR. I came here from another dentist that said I had seven cavities. Dr. Tanner Gregory explained how I in fact did not need fillings with the help of some special toothpaste. He is an honest dentist and the entire staff was so friendly and pleasant. He even sent a handwritten letter after my visit! I actually am excited to go to my next dental appointment.

Went in for a loose crown and walked out with a plan to get my mouth back into shape. Dr. Gregory was very professional and personable. He was truly concerned for my overall health along with the health of my mouth. He answered all my questions. Even though they were busy no one in the office acted as if they were trying to rush me.
